Family..

What is family to all of you? to me, family is a bunch of people that you're biologically related to..and that sounds so so so so literal. to be truthful, up until now, i don't have or can find any specific word or term that can define what family is. family is the unit that ties love together..family is the single unit that would say 'yes' to you when the rest of the world say no..family will always say 'you're doing good..' even though you are in the worst condition ever..they will simply say 'that's ok..just don't do it anymore' even though that's the 100th time that you repeat the same silly mistake.. and it is still family who often tell this to you 'you don't have to ask for my forgiveness and blessing, it is always with you'.. so is there any equivalent word to describe them? people always say that they will repay all the good things that the family did to them..but to me we you say 'repay' you dont do them any justice. 'pay' means something to do with money but however their love and patience are unconditional. it's like you owe them and when you 'repay' them with certain amount that you think sufficient, you would stop and satisfy. to me it isn't that way. to me, instead of repaying what they have done, i believe that we should prolong and continue the good things. so that, it will not end at that point and it wil be finely preserved. trust me, it will not only make them happy and proud, but as well helps to strengthen the bond that you have withe them.

Family is the one who gives unconditional love. It is a contract of a lifetime between biologically connected people, where the only consideration they agreed upon is LOVE.   ~Shahrysham Kamran~
